Villa Giustiniani-Casino Massimo

Description

Part of the 17th century villa of the Giustiniani family, the Casino Massimo is named after the family to which it passed at the start of the 19th century. The three rooms on the ground floor are decorated with frescoes by painters from the Nazzareni school: Peter Cornelius, Joseph Anton Koch, Johann Friedrich Overbeck and others.
