The area
Situated on the first floor of a 17th century palazzo in Piazza della Rovere, between Saint Peter’s,
Trastevere and Via Giulia, the apartment is just a stone’s throw from some of the most famous
monuments of the Eternal City.
The position of the flat allows visitors to reach many of Rome’s most important places of interest
on foot (although the area is also extremely well served by public transport.
Being located just outside the restricted traffic area, the flat can also be reached by car.
The apartment
The 65 m², two-roomed flat is composed of a large, bright sitting room furnished with a sofa bed
and dining/cooking facilities, a quiet double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Recently renovated, the bare beams, terracotta flooring and wooden furniture of the flat lend it the
warm and welcoming the atmosphere of a traditional Roman house, whilst nevertheless offering
state of the art rationality and functionality.
The air conditioning and heating system make the summers cool and the winters warm.
The kitchenette is fitted with an electric oven, fridge and freezer and all necessary utensils.
Guests may also avail themselves of the flat’s satellite TV, stereo system, washing machine,
hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

From the
airport
Taxi service:

you up at the airports of Fiumicino
or Ciampino and drive you to your
apartment. The cost for this service
is of 47 Euro (up to 4 people).

From Leonardo da Vinci
- Fiumicino airport,
take the light railway to Termini Railway Station, and then bus n° 40 or 64 towards S. Pietro. Alight at Ponte Vittorio bus stop and head left along Lungotevere dei Fiorentini. Cross Principe Amedeo d'Aosta bridge which leads to Piazza della Rovere.
From Ciampino airport,
take the CO.TRA.L bus from the Arrivals Hall Bus Station to Anagnina underground station and then the underground railway to Roma Termini railway station. From the railway station take bus n° 40 or 64 towards S. Pietro. Alight at Ponte Vittorio bus-stop and head left along Lungotevere dei Fiorentini. Cross Principe Amedeo d'Aosta bridge which leads to Piazza della
Rovere.
