The area
The apartment is located in Via Aurelio Saliceti, a quiet side street in Trastevere at the foot of the Janiculum hill.
Stopping just 50 metres from the flat, the N° 8 express tram reaches Largo Argentina (Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Campo de’Fiori) in just a few minutes, while every Sunday morning, Porta Portese market, the largest and most famous flea market in Rome, is held the streets of the neighbourhood, offering the chance to rummage through old and new clothes, furniture, bags, bicycles, CDs and LPs, toys and just about anything else you can imagine!
The apartment
The apartment is located on the first floor of a two storey building dating back to the early 20th century. The rooms are brightly lit and overlook the garden and the quiet street below.
Completely restored in October 2006, the apartment can sleep up to 6 people and is composed of an entrance with kitchenette, a sitting room with dining table and a comfortable double sofa-bed with latex mattress (160 cm x 200 cm ), a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchenette is fitted with fridge, gas stove, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The central heating is autonomously controlled and guests will be supplied with bed and bath linen.

airport
Taxi service:

you up at the airports of Fiumicino
or Ciampino and drive you to your
apartment. The cost for this service
is of 47 Euro (up to 4 people).

From Leonardo da Vinci
- Fiumicino airport take the light railway service to Trastevere station and then Tram N° 8 towards ARGENTINA. After 2 stops alight at Piazza Ippolito
Nievo, cross Viale Trastevere and take Via Mattia
Montecchi (off Viale Trastevere). Via Saliceti is the first street on the right.
From Ciampino airport take the CO.TRA.L. bus service
from outside the Arrivals Hall towards "Anagnina" underground station
and then the underground service to Roma Termini. From Roma Termini station take Bus H towards DEI CAPASSO. After 7 stops, alight at Piazza Ippolito Nievo, cross Viale Trastevere and take Via Mattia Montecchi (off Viale Trastevere). Via Saliceti is the first
street on the right.
