Located in the smart residential area of Monteverde Vecchio, an area populated with elegant Liberty-style villas dating back to the early 20th century and surrounded by some of the most beautiful parks in Rome (Villa Sciarra and Villa Doria Pamphili), the apartment is situated just a few meters from the N° 8 express tram stop meaning it takes just 10 minutes to reach Largo Argentina from which the sights of Rome (the Colosseum, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona and Via del Corso) are all within walking distance.

The apartment is also well located for reaching St Peter’s Church and the Vatican Museums via the FM3 light railway service which stops at the nearby “Quattro Venti” station.

The apartment

Completely redecorated and refurnished in March 2008, the apartment is located on the second floor (with lift) of an elegant palazzo.

Decorated with modern style furnishings in bright colours and blessed with an abundance of natural light, the apartment is pervaded by a youthful atmosphere.

The sitting room is furnished with a modern-style table, a satellite-enabled television, a double sofa bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and a fully fitted kitchenette complete with dishwasher, hob, oven, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms, one fitted with two single beds which may be joined together to form a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, while the other has a double bed. The apartment also has a second bathroom with shower.

The apartment is fitted with an air conditioning system which enables the temperature of each room to be regulated separately and free WI FI Internet access. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people.

How to get there

From the airport

Taxi service

On request a driver will be sent to pick you up from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport and take you directly to the apartment. The service may be booked via e-mail specifying your flight details.

From Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport

Take the light railway service Rome Termini station and then the N° 75 bus for POERIO. Alight at GUINIZELLI bus stop and continue downhill along Via Guinizelli for approximately 200 metres. Via Giuseppe Revere is the second turning on the left.

From Ciampino airport

Take the COTRAL coach from the Arrivals Hall to "Anagnina" underground station and then the underground service to Roma Termini station. From Roma Termini take the N° 75 bus for POERIO. Alight at GUINIZELLI bus stop and continue downhill along Via Guinizelli for approximately 200 metres. Via Giuseppe Revere is the second turning on the left.
