The area

Located between the Celio hill and the Roman Forum, the apartment is surrounded by some of the most beautiful monuments in Rome: the Colosseum, the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Basilica of St Clement and the splendid Domus Aurea.

The flat is also just short distance from the ancient Via Appia, the Baths of Caracalla and the Circus Maximus, although in just a few minutes it is also possible to reach the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, St. Peter’s Church, Campo de’ Fiori and many other places of interest.

The apartment

Quiet and comfortable, the “Celio” apartment is located on the Celio hill, just a few metres from the Colosseum and the Basilica of St Clement, in Via di San Giovanni in Laterano.

The bright, airy, 75 m2 first floor apartment overlooks two large internal courtyards and has been entirely redecorated to the highest quality standards in such a way as to make it an extremely comfortable holiday home.

Composed of three large bedrooms, two with double beds (160 x 190 cm) and one with three single beds (80 x 190 cm) (although the beds may be rearranged on request) and tastefully furnished in various colours and styles, the flat can accommodate up to 7 people in perfect comfort. The apartment has two modern bathrooms with shower and a constant supply of hot water.

The sitting room includes a fully-equipped made-to-measure kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, large fridge and an independent freezer and all the rooms are air-conditioned with the temperature in each room being individually controlled.
The flat is also supplied with a 40” LCD television (with SKY TV), ADSL internet connection and telephone for local call.

Many of Rome’s most famous monuments are within easy walking distance of the flat, while the proximity of the 117 electric bus service bus stop makes it easy to reach the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Alternatively, Manzoni (Line A) and Colosseo (Line B) underground station are also located only a short distance from the apartment.

Take the city train to Stazione Termini, from where you can take the bus number 714 toward “Palazzo Sport” for 5 stops up to “Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano", The apartment is 200 meters far, in via di San Giovanni in Laterano.

From Ciampino airport

Take the CO.TRA.L bus near the Bus Arrivals to the “Anagnina” underground station, from which you should then take the underground to Roma Termini station. From here you can take the bus number 714 toward “Palazzo Sport” for 5 stops up to “Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano", the apartment is 200 meters far, in via di San Giovanni in Laterano.
