The area

Located in Piazza Cavour, the perfect point of departure for visiting the centre of Rome either on foot and using public transport, the apartment is just a short, pleasant walk from Castel Sant’Angelo, the Vatican and the Spanish Steps, while the numerous bus stops just a few yards from the apartment mean the Imperial Forum, the Colosseum and the Circus Massimus can be reached without any difficulty. In addition, Lepanto underground station lies just 5 minutes from the apartment while Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome’s most important shopping streets, is can be easily reached on foot. The area is characterized by some of the city’s most delightful streets and brims with restaurants, pubs and cinemas.

The apartment

Quiet, bright and elegantly furnished, this apartment suite is composed of 3 independent flats and comfortably accommodates up to 13 people.
The recently restructured, tastefully furnished apartments all open onto the same fifth floor landing (with lift) and are lined throughout with parquet flooring.
Three separate autonomous heating systems mean that the temperature of each flat can be easily controlled by its inhabitants, while hot water is provided on a continuous basis.
All three apartments are fitted with air conditioning systems which enable the temperature of each room to be regulated separately. Each flat also has an Internet connection, wi-fi facilities and satellite TV.
Price are listed for 1 apartment (up to 6 people), 2 apartments (up to 10 people) and all 3 apartments (up to 13 people).

Apartment A – up to 4 people.

Composed of a large sitting room with kitchenette (equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, hob, refrigerator and all utensils necessary to prepare meals) and a spacious bedroom, the apartment comfortably sleeps up to four people (two on the double sofa bed in the living room and two in the double bed in the bedroom. The bedroom also contains a large wardrobe. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom and is fitted with a Jacuzzi tub.

Apartment B – up to 6 people.

Composed of a spacious sitting room, a large bedroom and two bathrooms, the apartment is furnished with vintage furniture as well as a television and a CD player. A comfortable sofa bed sleeps two people in the sitting room, which also accommodates a fully equipped kitchenette, while the bedroom contains a double bed and a double sofa bed and can thus sleep a further four people. The bathrooms are located next to the sitting room (bathroom with power shower) and next to the bedroom (bathroom with Jacuzzi tub).

Apartment C – up to 3 people.

Composed of a sitting room–kitchenette area with single sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom, the apartment can sleep up to 3 people. The bathroom (with Jacuzzi and shower) is located next to the bedroom.

On arrival guests will be requested to leave a deposit of Euro 300 per apartment which will be returned (less the cost of any damage to the apartment in question) at the end of their stay.

From the airport

Taxi service

Upon request a driver will pick you up at the airports of Fiumicino or Ciampino and drive you to your apartment. You can request the service by sending us an e-mail including your flight details.

From Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino airport

Take the train to Termini Station and then take the Metro line A direction “Battistini” and get off at “Lepanto” stop. From there take bus No. 30 direction “LAURENTINA MB” and get off at “CICERONE / CAVOUR” stop. You've arrived, just a few meters until number your number.

From Ciampino airport

Take the bus CO.TRA.L. at bus station in arrivals espace, direction to the subway "Anagnina" and then the train to Roma Termini. Here, take the Metro line A direction “Battistini” and get off at “Lepanto” stop. From there take bus No. 30 direction “LAURENTINA MB” and get off at “CICERONE / CAVOUR” stop. You've arrived, just a few meters until number your number.

From Rome Termini station
