The request for information can be made over the phone, through a simple email or filling out the the online form. 

When you make your reservation it is necessary to provide a credit card on the appropriate form to guarantee the reservation or you can pay a deposit (30% of the total stay) through wire transfer. Once you have submitted the form (and a copy of the wire transfer receipt, if necessary) you will receive a confirmation with your apartment’s address as well as the telephone number to arrange your arrival and check-in. Following confirmation of your reservation we kindly ask that you let us know your estimated time of arrival to the apartment and if you require a taxi service that can take you directly from the airport to your apartment. The balance of the total stay must be paid upon arrival to the apartment. If you experience any delays during your travel time, please let us know so that we can more efficiently manage our staff to welcome you.

Rates, shown in euros, are per night, per apartment. Weekly rates refer to at least 7 consecutive nights. Minimum-night stays vary between 3 and 5 nights depending on the season (6 nights for New Year and Easter).


Children (ages 0-3) stay free of charge.


Rates include:

  • Sheets and towels (changes are on a weekly basis for stays longer than 9 consecutive nights)
  • Cooking and dining wares with exclusive access to the kitchen
  • All utilities (electricity, gas, water, air conditioning)
  • Initial and final housekeeping IVA (taxes)

In the event of a total or partial cancellation and changing the dates of your stay, the following penalties may apply:

  • From the booking date to 15 days before the arrival date: 0% of the total amount for the stay
  • From 14 days to the day before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount for the stay
  • On the day of your check-in or no-show: 100% of the total amount for the stay


If you choose the non-refundable fare, the full cost will be charged upon the reservation. Rome Accommodation is not responsible for changes and cancellations due to forces beyond its control, such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, fires or warfare. Such events should be covered by the guest’s own travel insurance. If Rome Accommodation is forced to cancel your booking, it is our responsibility to inform you immediately and offer you a similar accommodation.


If you choose not to accept our offer, Rome Accommodation will refund your full deposit.


Check-in at the time of arrival generally takes place after 4pm. If necessary, we can arrange an earlier check-in  depending on availability with an extra cost of 50 €. In any case, the cleaning of the apartment is guaranteed only after 4pm. We kindly ask you to let us know your estimated arrival time a few days before. Check-out must take place before 11am on your day of departure.

The cleaning service for the apartment is only guaranteed after 4pm, which means the cleaning service may still be in the apartment when you arrive. Inside the apartment you will find all of the sheets and towels that are included in the rate.

To change the standard arrangement of the beds is an additional fee of 30€. For example, if 4 guests reserve an apartment that accommodates 8, the standard arrangement is 2 double/queen beds. If you would like to use one or more of the other beds, the supplemental fee is charged. 

If a guest, or third-parties invited by our guests, cause damage to the apartment or any of its contents, the guest will be held responsible for any incurred costs for repair or replacement. The expense will be charged to the guest at departure.

Rome Accommodation conducts periodic inspections for the quality of each apartment it manages and checks that the description online is written in good faith. Our company accepts no liability for any changes made to the apartments without updating information on the website. Additionally Rome Accommodation assumes no responsibility for any damage to the guest by events related to the use of the apartment, including physical, material, and losses caused by fire, theft, or any other kind of criminal activity.

The information you provide will be treated in compliance with the obligations for confidentiality set by the regulations of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n. 196 and will be processed through suitable tools to guarantee security of the data. For more information read our Privacy Policy.

Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9.00-13.00 and 15.00-18.00 h. The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays, and the following holidays:
