The vacation apartment Campo De’ Fiori II, literally field of flowers,is close to Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori squares.
The holiday apartment can sleep up to 2 guests. It is composed of a spacious open plan kitchen fitted with all mod cons including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, two bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower and a bathroom with shower.
During the recent renovations some antique architectural elements, such as the frescoes on the ceiling and original bricks on the walls, have been preserved.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a 17th century palazzo of great architectural prestige, fronted by a magnificent façade whose faded frescoes are rare examples of the finest 17th century Italian artwork.
The apartment is also equipped with free WI FI access, air conditioning, washing machine and two TVs, one in the sitting room and the other in the master bedroom.
During the restoration works, many features of the ancient building were rediscovered and enhanced. Indeed, the lacunar ceiling of the bedroom decorated with tiny floral frescoes and, above all, the wall of Roman brickwork which divides the kitchen from the sitting room are just two examples of the original features of the apartment which have been recently brought back to light.
The wall between the kitchen and the sitting room is also decorated with an original stone frieze dating back to Roman times, presumably the remains of the decoration of a temple.
In order to ensure the peace and quiet of the guests, all the windows of the apartment are double glazed.
The details of the original structure of this highly prestigious apartment contrast perfectly with the modern interior decoration which, thanks to the use of subtle shades of white, gives the entire environment an extremely bright and airy ambiance.
Our AP07 CAMPO DE FIORI I and AP57 CAMPO DE FIORI III apartment are also located in the same palazzo. It is thus possible for groups or families who wish to visit Rome together whilst nevertheless retaining their independence and privacy to rent two or all three of these apartments together.

Take the city train to Stazione Trastevere, from where you you can either take a taxi to the apartment, or Tram No. 8 to Piazza Cairoli (the next stop after the bridge over the river Tiber). At the bottom of the square take Via degli Specchi and the first left-hand turning is Via San Salvatore in Campo.The trip by train + taxi or tram takes about 1 hour.
Take the CO.TRA.L bus near the Bus Arrivals to the “Anagnina” underground station, from which you should then take the underground to Roma Termini station. From here you can take the bus number 64 in the direction of St. Peter’s Church, stopping at Largo Argentina, and then walk on Via Arenula towards Piazza Cairoli. Once reached the Piazza, at the bottom of the square take Via degli Specchi and the first left-hand turning is Via San Salvatore in Campo. The trip by bus + taxi or tram takes about 1 hour and 1/2.

This apartment is very clean and comfortable. It's also in a great location- close to so many things, but far enough away from the hordes of tourists in certain parts of the city.

Small but very well renovated appartment in antique area of Rome,Campo di Fiori. Appartment is quite clean. Location is very convinient,close to shopping area,Jiordano Bruno square,and lots of cafes. Walking in the area u can enjoy lots if beautiful ancient churches and houses.Taxi are easy to find.Staff was helpful as well.
Oh, how much we adored this apartment and loved our stay here during our holiday! I don't believe there's a better location. The city must be discovered on foot, and public transport is not the best, so being able to walk anywhere was a huge plus. Taxis can be found anywhere.
Having two bathrooms was a very important feat when travelling with a afmily of 4, and having strong air conditioning in the middle of July was extremely helpful. The staff were very responsive and helpful, reachable even by text. The person who welcomed us was an authentic Italian - funny, chatty, absolutely helpful. He stayed to chat with us for a while to make sure all our questions were answered, and gave us some great ideas of where to go and what to avoid.
We also recommend the taxi service - it costs a bit more than the regular white taxis, but you may risk getting a smaller car with little space for your luggage and no air conditioning!

My friend and I reserved this apartment together and were so happy! There was everything we needed at our fingertips, walking distance to all major sights, and the bus was easy to access. The apartment was very clean, we each had our own bedroom, we each had our own bathroom. Size and location were perfect.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a great location. Julia was very helpful on check in. We particularly loved how close it was to the old Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere, and that it is in walking distance to all major sights.
