In addition, it has a lovely terrace with a succulent garden where guests can have breakfast in the mornings in the shade of an umbrella or can dine in the summer evenings, enjoying Rome’s famous, cool, summer wind, the Ponentino.

Take the city train to Stazione Termini, from where you can take the underground-line B up to “Metro Colosseo” for a 1 hour ride. After getting out from the underground turn left, get over the Colosseo and go along via Labicana. Via Celimontana is the first street on the right.
Take the bus near the Bus Arrivals to the “Anagnina” underground station, from which you should then take the underground to Roma Termini station. From here you can take the underground-line B up to “Metro Colosseo” for a 1 hour ride. After getting out from the underground turn left, get over the Colosseo and go along via Labicana. The apartment can be reached by car. Street parking is available in the area around the flat (blue spaces). The nearest public car park is located at Via Ostilia 48 tel.+39 06 7005095.
The apartment is located in the old popular Celio area, one the city’s most interesting districts, in which many real Romans still live, but also many foreigners who are attracted by its picturesque features and central position. The apartment is situated in the main archeological area, only 150 metres from the Colosseum!
There are many services in the district: characteristic wine shops (ancient wine bars), taverns where you can taste the Roman cuisine, Italian and International restaurants and an open fruit and vegetables market; practical shops for laundries, photo shops, “call centers”, money exchanges, artisans, theatres, cinemas, a hospital, and a post office.

We have stayed for 10 days. We hope you have good footwear as you will require this in Rome. Try the Colosseum early. Don't plug in the toaster! We have had a great time. The apartment is superb and everything is in your bookstep. Enjoy Rome.

We had an amazing long week end in Rome, and loved spending the evening on the wonderful terrace with a bottle of wine which was a real treat, before heading out for guaranteed great food! If you want to go for proper local delicious pizza, try Pizzeria Ostiense. It isn't too far away (4 steps on the bus from the Colosseum), and the tiramisù is also wonderful. It's open until till 1 am.
The apartment was perfectly located and I will definitely recommend the place to others.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Direkt in der Nähe der großen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Kolosseum etc.), und auch die anderen sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und dennoch befindet sich die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Quartier. Wir konnten die Terrasse und die Sicht über die Dächer Roms wunderbar genießen. Im Cafe auf der anderen Straßenseite kann man gut und schnell Frühstücken, und es gab auch gute Restaurants in nächster Nähe, besonders das Cafe Propaganda. Das Apartement entspricht der Beschreibung und es gab eine Klimaanlage über die wir sehr froh waren. Das Check-In und Check-Out haben reibungslos geklappt, sowie auch der Transferservice vom bzw. zum Flughafen.
Highest possible recommendation! Charming, relaxing, fully equipped, great location, helpful staff, very reasonable price. Excellent accommodation in every way.

Clean and great decorations. International/Usa outlet converters would have been icing on the cake; couldn't have asked for anything more!Also suggesting the metro(and Roma pass) would be helpful, we are so close its a great way to get around
