Belle Arti is our apartment for rent in Rome located between two residential areas of the Eternal City, namely Flaminio and Parioli. The Piazza del Popolo is at only 800 meters and can be reached by tram, as the stop is only five minutes away. The decoration of this spacious holiday apartment is elegant and with antique furniture. It can sleep up to 6 people and is composed of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen.

The Belle Arti holiday apartment is elegant and luxurious, located on the 1st floor (no lift) in a building with a doorman.

 

Upon entering the apartment, off the corridor there is a large comfortable living room with a flat screen TV. The dining room is furnished with a beautiful marble table, tapestries and a Murano glass chandelier, making for a lovely place to gather with your family and friends and reflect on the day’s events.

 

The kitchen, painted in warm pink tones, is large and equipped with all the conveniences of a real home.

Following the corridor there are 2 bedrooms, one that features 2 single beds and an en suite bath with a tub shower and another that features a double bed. Another bath with a tub shower can be accessed from the hall. At the end of the corridor is a large master bedroom with a double bed, floor to ceiling cabinets as well as a small anteroom leading to the private bath, also with a tub shower.

 

The apartment is elegantly furnished and punctuated with eclectic pieces collected by the apartment’s owner over the years from trips to exotic destinations. Such statement pieces stand out against the classically elegant design of the tapestries, the ornate ceilings and Murano glass chandeliers, rich floor rugs and antique wood furniture.

For your convenience there is a washing machine, free WiFi internet access, autonomous heating and air conditioning in each room.

Upon request a driver will pick you up at the airports of Fiumicino or Ciampino and drive you to your apartment. You can request the service by sending us an e-mail including your flight details. 

Fiumicino

Take the train to Termini station and get the Metro line A toward Battistini. After 4 stops get off at the “Flaminio”. From here, exit the station and outside you can pick up the n. 2 tram. After just two stops (the tram may not actually stop if nobody signals by pressing the button), get off at Flaminia/Belle Arti. From the tram stop walk away from the tracks toward the public garden the then left at Via delle Belle Arti. Our apartment is located just after the intersection.

Ciampino

Take the CO.TRA.L bus at the Arrivi Bus area at the airport for the metro station “Anagnina”. From there take the metro to the “Flaminio”. Exit the metro and outside you can pick up the the n. 2 tram. After just two stops (the tram may not actually stop if nobody signals by pressing the button), get off at Flaminia/Belle Arti. From the tram stop walk away from the tracks toward the public garden the then left at Via delle Belle Arti. Our apartment is located just after the intersection.

Train

Car

The apartment is accessible by car. There is paid parking anywhere you see blue lines.

In the area around the apartment

The Belle Arti apartment is located in Piazzale delle Belle Arti, in one of the most elegant residential neighborhoods of Rome, behind thePiazza del Popolo and near the popular district Parioli.

 

Villa Borghese, the National Etruscan Museum, the Zoo and the National Gallery of Modern Art are all accessible on foot. Just steps from the apartment is a tram stop which will take you to Piazza del Popolo and all the fabulous stores along Via del Corso. The Piazza del Popolo is about 1 km from the apartment, but taking the same tram in the opposite direction will quickly take you to Rome’s beautiful Auditorium at the Music Park and the MAXXI Museum, which are some of the city’s largest hosts for important festivals, concerts, and shows.

 

If you’re interested in sports, take the tram to its final stop. The Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico are just a few metres away. Here you’ll catch the International Tennis matches, Torneo 6 Nazioni rugby matches, Series A football (soccer) games featuring the Roma and Lazio teams among many other events.

Also near the apartment is another tram line which takes you into the historic center of Rome. You’ll find yourself in a tranquil oasis just minutes from the heart of Rome.

    Absolutely perfect apartment. Plenty of spacious rooms, tastefully furnished and decorated, very good beds. Very close to the beautiful Borghese park, tramway nearby. Close enough to Piazza del Popolo to get there by foot. The whole booking procedure was very easy and reliable. The staff was always extremely friendly, responsive and uncomplicated. We felt very welcomed at all the time. Absolutely recommendable. We will definitely stay at the apartment again.

    Rubina's place has controlled heat, washer and dryer and is very, very safe. We were so pleased. The bedroom in the back has weak Wifi so if you want to use Wifi in the evenings, that room won't be the one. The beds were incredibly comfortable and will visit again soon.

    L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et facile d'accès par les transports en commun. Il est confortable, très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre (nous étions 5 personnes 3 adultes et 2 enfants) grâce aux dispositions des pièces et aux commodités (3 salles de bain et 3 sanitaires). La décoration est de bon goût. Toutefois les coussins des fauteuils du salon mériteraient d'être changés pour le confort après une longue journée de marche dans la ville. Seuls petits inconvénients l'équipement n'est pas vérifié avant l'entrée dans l'appartement (le grille pain est inutilisable et déclenche un court circuit lorsqu'on le branche plongeant l'appartement dans l'obscurité et il manque certains appareils annoncés dans le descriptif -exemple le sèche cheveux). Nous avons signalé ces points par SMS à la personne qui nous a reçu le 1er jour dans l'appartement sans avoir de suite jusqu'à notre départ..... Tout ceci ne nous empêche pas de recommander cet appartement et nous sommes prêts à y revenir lors de notre prochain voyage à Rome. Elka Le Mans mai 2017

    We had a fantastic time! The flat was perfect. The staff was efficient and pleasant. We had a great meal with Claudio Guggeri-Chef at home. The taxi from the airport and back was great. In short, we will certainly try again next time.

    Alles sehr gut organisiert.
    Wohnung sehr schön.
    Kommunikation mit rome-accomodation perfekt
    Die Küchenausstattung und das Geschirr sind für fünf Personen etwas dürftig.
    Die Müllentsorgung haben wir nicht verstanden und mußten deshalb leider unseren Müll in der Wohnung lassen.


    Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden

    L'appartement est idéalement situé pour les personnes désirant venir à Rome en voiture. Nous avons énormément cherché pour trouver ce petit bijoux: il se situe juste au dessus de la Piazza del Popolo tout en étant un quartier résidentiel.
    Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour trouver une place où garer notre voiture. L'ambiance de ce quartier est reposante: les rues sont remplies d'arbres!
    Nous avons apprécié la grandeur et l'élégance de l'appartement. Nous avions la sensation d’être chez nous grâce aux détails soignés dans la décoration. Le plus de cet appartement est la grandeur de chaque pièce:
    les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que les pièces communes. Cela nous a permis de nous manger ensemble après les visites et même de regarder un film tous ensemble quand nous étions fatigués.
    Nous y retournerons car nous n'avons pas fini de visiter les merveilles de Rome!

    El apartamento esta situado en una zona muy calma de Roma, lejos del ruido del centro pero muy fácil de accesos.
    El apartamento es muy espacioso y cuidado. Los muebles son antiguos y elegantes. La cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita para cocinar después de las visitas de Roma.
    Nos gusto mucho el salón, muy grande y cómodo para hablar de nuestras visitas en familia. Fue una experiencia maravillosa!
    Era nuestra primera vez en un apartamento de este tipo y nos gusto el ambiente familiar y la sensación de tener su propria casa en otra ciudad.
    Lo aconsejo a todos los que quieren vivir una ciudad como un ciudadano y no solo como un turista!

    L'appartamento è spazioso e immerso nel verde, nonostante sia molto vicino al centro. Ideale per chi non ama il caos della città!

    This apartment was just perfect for our family. Away from the chaos and all the tourists it was an ideal place to relax after the long marches through the city. Parking was easy, which was perfect for us since we had a rental car and proceeded to the Amalfi coast after Rome. We would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who'd prefer living like a real Italian as opposed to being a tourist.
