Sleeping up to 15 people, the 220 square metre apartment is located on the second floor of a historic palazzo. Via dei Baullari is just 50 metres away from Campo de' Fiori square and just 500 metres from Piazza Navona.
Brightly lit thanks to the large double glazed windows overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza San Pantaleo, the apartment is nevertheless quiet and peaceful.
The apartment is composed of 5 soberly furnished bedrooms (2 double, 1 triple and 2 quadruple), a sitting room, a dining room, 2 balconies, 4 bathrooms (1 with bath and 3 with shower) and a kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is also fitted with air conditioning in every bedroom, SKY Cinema TV and free wi-fi Internet connection.
The apartment has an independent central heating system with a boiler which supplies unlimited hot water. All bedroom and bath linen are supplied.

Our AP27 BAULLARI III and AP55 BAULLARI II apartments, which can accommodate up to 14 people the first one and up to 12 people the second one, are also located in the same palazzo. It is thus possible for groups or families who wish to visit Rome together whilst nevertheless retaining their independence and privacy to rent two or all three of these apartments together.
Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 300 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay except in case of any damage caused to the flat.
Upon request a driver will pick you up at the airports of Fiumicino or Ciampino and drive you to your apartment. You can request the service by sending us an e-mail including your flight details.

The apartment is located in an area which cannot be accessed by private vehicles or hire cars. Street parking is available in the area around the flat (blue spaces) is on the Lungotevere Sangallo near the Ponte Principe Amedeo bridge. The nearest public car park is the Terminal Gianicolo (www.gianicolo.it).

This property is in a fabulous location, walking distance to a lot of attractions, eateries just steps away. Nice light and spacious apartment! Beds were ok.
Quien nos recibió fue una persona muy amable, nos entregó toda la información que pudimos necesitar para una excelente estancia en Roma. Resolvió todas nuestras inquietudes y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo necesitamos. El lugar muy bien ubicado, cerca de todos los sitios de interés y con una estación de metro cerca que facilitó nuestra movilidad en la ciudad.
We were a multigenerational family group and spent four nights at this great apartment. This very large, clean and stylish apartment provided us with plenty of room and a very central base to explore Rome. We were able to walk almost everywhere which was good especially with small children in tow. Brian was the very helpful and friendly person who met us at check in. He also very happily assisted us with a travel problem unrelated to the accommodation which was very appreciated. Margherita and Roberta were also very efficient and a please to deal with.

We had been content with that apartment. There are cleanly, neatly, without some smell. There are everything required for short living.
We found the apartment to be exactly as advertised, very roomy, perfectly located, including a fully equipped kitchen with a good size, and a lovely, small balcony. It was perfect for us and all 9 of us were easily accommodated. We were supplied with sufficient information and the internet worked well. The hosts were always reachable by email and their representative for check-in met us as arranged. Our family was very satisfied and we are happy to recommend the Baullari apartment without reservation.
The apartment was well equipped, clean and neat. The staff was responsive, polite and wonderful.
