The holiday apartment Giulia II is located at only two steps from the historic via Giulia, where you can admire noble palazzos and the French Embassy. From here you can reach the most important sights of the city on foot, such as the St. Peter’s Basilica, Castel Sant’Angelo and the characteristic area of Trastevere. The apartment is composed of a double bedroom and a living room with kitchenette.
The apartment is located on the first floor (no lift) of a 17th century palazzo in the centre of the city of Rome. It overlooks an inner courtyard and is thus completely unaffected by the noise of the street.
The spacious sitting room is fitted with two sofa beds (one double, one single) and a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge as well as all necessary utensils.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower.
Both the sitting room and the bedroom have air conditioning.
The apartment still has its original wooden beams which contrast to great effect with the modern furnishings (leather upholstered bed, black glass dining table) to create a characteristic and welcoming atmosphere.

Take the city train to Stazione Termini, from where you can either take a taxi to the apartment or the bus number 64 (be aware of pickpockets in the bus!) in the direction of St.Peter’s Church, stopping at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Largo Tassoni square (four stops after Largo Argentina). The stop is only 50 meters from the apartment, Via dei Cimatori is located on the opposite side of Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The total duration of the trip from the airport to the apartment is about 40 minutes by taxi and about 1 hour and 1/2 with train and buses.
Take the CO.TRA.L bus near the Bus Arrivals to the “Anagnina” underground station, from which you should then take the underground to Roma Termini station. Surrounded by some of Rome’s most famous places of interest - Campo de’ Fiori, Castel Sant’Angelo, Saint Peter’s Church and Piazza Navona, to name but a few - Via dei Cimatori is a quiet, almost traffic-free street in the very centre of the city. The historic Via Giulia onto which it backs is one of the oldest roads in Rome, a street which measures exactly one kilometre in length and was designed by Bramante and Michelangelo in order to join the centre of Rome to Saint Peter’s church and Trastevere on the other side of the River Tiber. Via Giulia is lined with exclusive renaissance palazzos, many of which are decorated with plaques explaining the immense history in which the area is seeped. Located in the very centre of Rome, the apartment is perfectly positioned for exploring the city on foot, although numerous bus services stop just a few metres from the flat for those wishing to venture a little further afield.

The apartment was just what we needed! It was a good location and all the staff were incredibly helpful. The apartment has a spacious living room and a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (!) and a washing machine in the bathroom. I would book here again.
We like staying here. It's easy to get around by foot or bus, and for Rome is extremely quiet because it gives on an interior courtyard. More than two can stay here, but the bathroom is tiny. It is perfectly feasible to shop nearby and do all your cooking at home, but who wants to? We liked the Taverna Giulia, just around the corner.

Nous sommes très satisfaits des services de l'agence. Nous sommes arrivés tard et quelqu'un était là pour nous accueillir et faire la visite de l'appartement.
L'appartement était quand à lui très bien placé, dans un quartier vraiment agréable et calme, tout en étant à 2 pas de rues plus animées.
Rien à dire sur la qualité de l'appartement, vraiment enchantés du séjour.
